Garden and Waste Clearance Service

We hold a Waste Carrier License so you can have confidence that your waste will be carried legally.

 

If you have unwanted waste in your garage, garden or house we will be able to assist in removing from your property with our waste clearance service.

 

Prices start from £70.00 plus Vat. Things that will affect the cost are weight, volume and the actual items required to be removed.

 

Items we CANNOT dispose of:

  • Biological or Medical Waste
  • Gas Bottle or Fire Extinguishers
  • Toxic Substances
  • Raw Meat and Fish (unless packaged)
  • Asbestos
  • Oil, Petrol or Diesel

A full cost can be given once we have arrived on site.

Our prices include the manual labour cost to remove the waste, responsible disposal of waste and sweep up the area to leave complete.

*Time and costs are based on waste being easily accessible ie. On ground floor of property either the front, side or rear of property. Extra charges will apply if waste is in apartment block or to rear of a terraced property with only access being through property.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The operative attending will advise a full and final cost once all waste has been surveyed.
  • Once price has been agreed, payment is to be made prior to waste being loaded onto vehicle either by cash payment or BACS payment (company bank details will be given on site if this is preferred method)
