Birch Developments acquired the contract for this project by recommendation.
This project consists of mainly external work:
- replacing all woodwork that has been affected by weathering, rot etc.
- the fitting of ten new UPVC windows
- total renewal of turret including new structural timbers, new windows, cladding, finishes
- re-pointing to the front of the property
- re-pointing of chimney, fitting of new chimney pots and new cap
- digging out and drainage alterations to rear of property to make way for new patio
- removal of kitchen window and door to form new opening for french doors onto new patio
We have some internal work consisting of:
- formation of new bedroom via the erection of stud partition wall in master bedroom
- the complete refurbishment of ground floor bathroom, alterations to electrics and plumbing to make way for new bathroom suite
