Ken Birch, managing director of Birch Developments founded the company in 2004.

Ken has an impressive record in the property industry, with over 35 years experience, Ken has managed and delivered some exceptional renovations and new builds across the West Midlands area

Before establishing Birch Developments Ken was managing director of Birch Construction based in the Midlands with a very good reputation for producing builds of excellent design and quality.

Ken continues to design, build and deliver excellent property with the ability to identify opportunities in the property industry in order to make the company grow.

Wesley Birch – Director

Wesley joined Birch Developments in November 2004. He has worked alongside Ken for many years, including at Birch Construction, where he began his career in the property industry.

Since then Wesley has continued to work with absolute dedication and enthusiasm in order to succeed in the industry. As a result of this Wesley was made director of the company in 2007.

Wesley manages the development sites, making sure that all tasks involved in the projects are executed and produced to the standard that has earned Birch Developments its reputation.
